Custom solutions
The organization manager/owner purchases a credit package (tokens). All team members can access and consume from the same pool. Avoids per-user payments → more fair and scalable.
The manager can activate automatic recharge when reaching a certain token threshold (e.g., <10%). Or, manually recharge with an "Add Credits" button. Option to upgrade consumption level is also available (e.g., from $10 to $50 USD/month in tokens).
Centralized view for the manager: Who consumed tokens? In which modules? How many remain? When will they recharge? How many active automations does each user have?
The account is not blocked, but: Automation execution is temporarily disabled. Message displayed: "You're out of tokens — top up or wait for renewal". Users can still navigate, create flows, and plan tasks. Option for immediate recharge (one-click).
